The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Media Sales Executive to join our team in Wellington. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with local and national businesses to grow their profiles, expand their customer bases, and drive sales through advertising solutions spanning our radio, publishing, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and manage relationships with local and national businesses to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
  2. Develop tailored advertising solutions across radio, publishing, and digital platforms to meet customers' goals and maximise their ROI.
  3. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to deliver exceptional service and results to customers.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.

About You

  1. A minimum of 4 years sales & account management experience is a must.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
