About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our organisation at an exciting time of growth. This newly created position will focus on hunting and bringing in new logos, driving direct revenue growth, and playing a key role in our company's evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing partnerships and leading technical sales negotiations with enterprise customers in both public and private sectors.
  • Operating in smaller and larger environments, utilising robust sales disciplines across business development, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and key account management.
  • Genuine customer management skills to build longstanding commercial partnerships through an authentic approach.
  • Commercial nous with a strategic approach to sales pipeline management, prioritisation, and return on investment.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Exposure to developing partnerships and leading technical sales negotiations with enterprise customers.
  • Experience operating in smaller and larger environments.
  • Robust sales disciplines and genuine customer management skills.
  • Commercial nous with a strategic approach to sales pipeline management.
