About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Palmerston North. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in your territory, working closely with our in-house merchandising team, and providing coaching and training as needed.

With a passion for selling and building relationships, you will partner closely with stores to grow revenue through the flawless execution of promotional plans, compliance against planned in-store activity, and identifying additional opportunities for ranging and display. You will have access to data & insights, enabling you to put your analytical skills to great use.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FMCG company, working with iconic brands such as Cadbury, Pascall, and Oreo. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will contribute directly to the growth and success of our brands, making a real difference in the market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG/grocery industry, preferably in the confectionery category, with field sales and/or account management experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internal and external stakeholders, are essential.
