Customer Success People Lead Specialist

Your Impact
You will lead a high-performing team of Specialists, guiding them to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services. With a focus on strategic leadership, you will develop and implement plans to achieve key objectives, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success. Your influence will extend beyond the team, shaping our overall GTM strategy and contributing to the company's mission to change the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership: Develop and inspire a high-performance culture within your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices. Empower your team members to take ownership of their work, while maintaining accountability and driving results. Provide regular feedback and coaching to support individual development and growth.
• Results Delivery: Work closely with the Customer Success leadership team to achieve strategic objectives, OKRs, and key performance indicators. Participate in planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of results and effective communication throughout the process.
• Sales Coaching: Develop and implement sales strategies and methodologies to drive revenue growth. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members, promoting modern selling practices and best-in-class performance. Foster a data-driven approach, analyzing customer insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales efforts.
• Culture Setting: Establish a positive and inclusive team culture, celebrating successes and promoting diversity and equity. Ensure a safe and respectful environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
