The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Wellington. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success with our solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, driving growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow customer relationships by building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive customer success by working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Manage escalations proactively to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead service reviews by coordinating regular meetings with customers and internal teams to track progress and improvements.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities by expanding customer revenue through introducing relevant products and services.
  • Manage commercial agreements by navigating contracts and negotiations with support from our legal team.
  • Provide valuable insights by sharing customer feedback with Product teams to drive improvements.
  • Forecast and track key metrics by maintaining quarterly account plans and strategies to support business objectives.
