People and Capability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Capability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is maintained.

You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to plan and support the recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include designing recruitment strategies, supporting talent sourcing and pipeline development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with experience working through recruitment processes, advising and guiding hiring managers on best practice, developing strategic recruitment plans to attract a wider group of applicants.

You will be a strong collaborator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a tikanga/kaupapa Maori environment, with a degree of fluency in Te Reo Maori is desirable but not required.
