Loyalty Program Growth Expert

The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding loyalty-based revenue within the Financial Partner segment and acts as the primary strategic link between Air New Zealand and its major Airpoints financial partners.
This role involves overseeing multiple portfolios, applying strong forecasting and P&L management skills, and identifying areas of opportunity for growth for the leading loyalty programme.
The successful candidate will communicate these growth strategies to partners and guide their successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Increased Loyalty-Driven Revenue: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying and executing growth opportunities within financial partner portfolios.
- Accurate Forecasting & P&L Management: Deliver precise revenue and profit forecasts, and maintain oversight of financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Growth Strategies & Implementation Plans: Develop clear, data-informed strategies for partner growth and translate them into actionable implementation roadmaps.
- Enhanced Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with major Airpoints financial partners.
