About the Role

The Senior Sales Specialist will act as the primary strategic link between the company and our major Airpoints financial partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector, including relevant regulations and industry dynamics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Increase loyalty-driven revenue by identifying and executing growth opportunities within financial partner portfolios.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive commercial revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with major Airpoints financial partners to ensure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in roles encompassing sales, account/partnership management, or loyalty program leadership, with a portion of that in the financial industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless loyalty solutions.
