**About the Role:**
We are looking for a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Farmers Club team. As a key contributor to the CRM programme, you will play a critical role in shaping the ongoing strategy of the programme, ensuring its continued growth and success.
**Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Insights team, wider marketing team, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the technical, legal, and system requirements to ensure seamless and rewarding experiences for members.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and loyalty through various channels.
**Requirements:
- Strong ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and managing loyalty programmes.
- Knowledge of data usage and protection regulations.
- Proven track record of driving engagement and loyalty.
