Farmers, a beloved Kiwi retail icon, is looking for an experienced Loyalty Manager to join the Farmers Club team and make a real impact.
Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement and E-Commerce, you will collaborate with the Insights team, wider marketing team, and other key stakeholders to develop and manage the Farmers Club communication plan.
You will also play a key role in shaping the ongoing strategy of the programme, ensuring its continued growth and success.
Additionally, you will oversee the technical, legal, and system requirements, guaranteeing a seamless and rewarding experience for every member.
Farmers Club campaigns will span across in-store executions, website, social, email, and direct mail to drive engagement and loyalty.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally:
Have strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the business.Have the ability to assess and plan customer engagement initiatives with a forward thinking approach.Have proven experience in collaborating with and leading teams, ensuring the customer journey remains a top priority.5+ years of experience in loyalty programme management (preferred).A relevant tertiary qualification—Bachelor's degree or higher.A good understanding of legal requirements surrounding customer data usage and protection.This is a dynamic and challenging role, requiring someone with extensive customer engagement knowledge who can think on their feet and push boundaries.
You'll need the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives, ensuring every interaction with our Farmers Club members is meaningful and memorable.
This role will be based at our Support Office in East Tamaki, Auckland.
