**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate our vehicle fleet operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the shared vehicle fleet inbox and responding to enquiries.
  • Coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, including regular servicing, WOF, and registration.
  • Administering vehicle insurance and assisting internal team members in the event of an incident.
  • Providing support around vehicle contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding of vehicles.
  • Managing the vehicle fleet administration, including tracking, reporting, and managing any infringements or insurance claim processes.
  • Assisting with invoice processing and purchase order creation.
  • Documenting and improving fleet processes where needed.
  • Maintaining fleet databases and systems with up-to-date data.

Requirements

  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No vehicle knowledge or experience is required; however, knowledge of fleet coordination would be advantageous.
