About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA). As an Administrative Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with senior staff members, managing and maintaining accurate records and databases, coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and other documentation, and developing and implementing effective administration processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will also have strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to respond to public queries and manage relationships both internally and externally.
