Job Overview

This newly created role will involve working with a national not-for-profit organisation to maintain and coordinate efficient fleet operations and systems.

Key Tasks:
  • Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and address enquiries efficiently.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations and policies.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and registrations to ensure the fleet runs smoothly.
  • Manage vehicle insurance and provide assistance to team members in the event of incidents or claims.
  • Support vehicle contract management, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Oversee fleet administration, including tracking, reporting, and resolving infringement or insurance claim issues.
  • Process invoices and create purchase orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet databases and systems.
  • Offer temporary support to Reception when necessary.
What We Are Looking For

We seek a highly organised and efficient administrator who can build strong relationships within their team. Prior vehicle knowledge or experience is not necessary, but knowledge of fleet coordination would be beneficial.
