The Opportunity
This newly created role will require a strong focus on maintaining and coordinating efficient fleet operations for our national not-for-profit organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and action enquiries promptly.
- Be the first point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, including regular servicing, WOF, and registration.
- Administer vehicle insurance and assist internal team members in the event of an incident.
- Provide support around vehicle contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding of vehicles.
- Manage the vehicle fleet administration, including tracking, reporting, and managing any infringements or insurance claim processes.
- Assist with invoice processing and purchase order creation.
- Document and improve fleet processes where needed.
- Maintain fleet databases and systems with up-to-date data.
- Provide back-up support to Reception as and when required.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient administrator who is great at building relationships to support this function in their team.
No vehicle knowledge or experience is required; however, knowledge of fleet coordination would be advantageous.
