The Opportunity

This newly created role will require a strong focus on maintaining and coordinating efficient fleet operations for our national not-for-profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and action enquiries promptly.
  • Be the first point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, including regular servicing, WOF, and registration.
  • Administer vehicle insurance and assist internal team members in the event of an incident.
  • Provide support around vehicle contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding of vehicles.
  • Manage the vehicle fleet administration, including tracking, reporting, and managing any infringements or insurance claim processes.
  • Assist with invoice processing and purchase order creation.
  • Document and improve fleet processes where needed.
  • Maintain fleet databases and systems with up-to-date data.
  • Provide back-up support to Reception as and when required.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient administrator who is great at building relationships to support this function in their team.

No vehicle knowledge or experience is required; however, knowledge of fleet coordination would be advantageous.
