About the Role

This newly created position will require a strong focus on maintaining and coordinating efficient and accurate fleet operations and systems for our national not-for-profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and action enquiries promptly.
  2. Be the first point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations.
  3. Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance including regular servicing, WOF, and registration.
  4. Administer vehicle insurance and assist internal team members in the event of an incident.
  5. Provide support around vehicle contracts (i.e. insurances), onboarding, and off-boarding of vehicles.
  6. Manage the vehicle fleet administration including tracking, reporting, and managing any infringements or insurance claim processes.
  7. Assist with invoice processing and purchase order creation.
  8. Document and improve fleet processes where needed.
  9. Maintain fleet databases and systems with up-to-date data.
  10. Provide back-up support to Reception as and when required to support your wider team.
