About This Opportunity

This position offers a chance to work with a national not-for-profit organisation to maintain and coordinate efficient fleet operations and systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and address enquiries efficiently.
  2. Be the primary point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations and policies.
  3. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and registrations to ensure the fleet runs smoothly.
  4. Manage vehicle insurance and provide assistance to team members in the event of incidents or claims.
  5. Support vehicle contract management, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  6. Oversee fleet administration, including tracking, reporting, and resolving infringement or insurance claim issues.
  7. Process invoices and create purchase orders as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet databases and systems.
  9. Offer temporary support to Reception when necessary.
