Job Description

We are looking for an experienced strategic leader within the insurance industry to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of broker strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing broker strategies that elevate customer service, enhance retention, and strengthen portfolio performance.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships that reflect our shared values and drive mutual success.
  • SUPPORTING THE UNDERWRITING OF COMPLEX RISKS, MAINTAINING ACCURATE SURVEY RECORDS, AND ASSISTING IN PRICING REVIEWS TO DELIVER BALANCED, PROFITABLE SOLUTIONS.
  • Using your understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to shape forward-thinking strategies and provide tailored, value-added solutions.
