Your Role:

You will be the key to growing our referral numbers and enhancing adviser engagement with our insurance proposition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Connect with a portfolio of advisers through telephone and video contacts, increasing their understanding and engagement with Tower's insurance offerings.
  2. Support Key Partnership Managers to boost volume and sales, manage adviser enquiries with top-notch communication, and onboard new advisers to ensure they have a seamless experience.
  3. Develop tailored solutions and expert advice to respond to scenario-based questions from advisers.
  4. Manage the onboarding process for new advisers, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with the Partnership Coordinator and Support Manager to promote continuous service improvement.
  6. Work with Marketing and Key Partnership Managers to plan and execute targeted email campaigns, driving engagement and business growth.
  7. Generate monthly reports, providing insights and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Solid knowledge of customer management systems, reporting tools, and processes.
  • 2+ years of customer/contact centre financial services experience.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise, including outstanding customer service skills and listening skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
