The opportunity
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of our business? We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Partnership Manager to lead the way in building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediaries and policyholders.

Your new role
Be at the heart of our success as a Strategic Partnership Manager, where your ability to build relationships and deliver solutions will make a real difference.

You will work alongside talented internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships that reflect our shared values and drive mutual success. Your role will focus on:
  1. Driving Growth and Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement broker strategies that elevate customer service, enhance retention, and strengthen portfolio performance.
  2. Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with local Product and Claims teams, as well as our global counterparts, to align on goals and help shape our business strategy in New Zealand.
  3. Strategic Underwriting Support: Support the underwriting of complex risks, maintain accurate survey records, and assist in pricing reviews to deliver balanced, profitable solutions.
  4. Insight-Driven Decision-Making: Use your understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to shape forward-thinking strategies and provide tailored, value-added solutions.
About You
You are an experienced strategic leader within the insurance industry, demonstrating a proven ability to create and implement successful growth strategies. You will possess:
  1. A high level of commercial acumen and are adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, fostering strong partnerships, and meeting agreed targets.
  2. With your extensive experience in underwriting, sales, or claims, you are equipped to make sound, data-driven decisions that enhance portfolio health and drive profitable growth.
  3. Your interpersonal skills enable you to communicate effectively, navigate complex challenges, and lead initiatives that align with our company's long-term vision.
