Jack Link's NZ Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality protein snacking products in the New Zealand market.
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Strategist to join our team and lead our business development efforts in New Zealand.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing strategic plans to drive growth in the NZ protein snacking market.
This role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be an advocate for the Jack Link's way and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Category Captaincy: Utilize convincing category and consumer insights to provide meaningful growth within the category.
* Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with major Retail and distribution partners within New Zealand.
* P&L Management: Take full ownership of budgeted revenue delivery, trade investments, and forecasting, while delivering market share objectives.
* Innovation Leadership: Be the champion for customer marketing and product innovation within Jack Link's New Zealand.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
* Experience within the FMCG industry, preferably within a National Account Management, or National Business Management role.
