Sales Account Strategist, National Trade Partners

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Strategist to join our team as a Key Account Manager for Alternate Channels. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major national trade players, driving sales growth and managing profit and loss elements. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver shared success with customers, making access to high-quality health, hygiene, and nutrition products possible in-stores and online.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic relationships with key partners, crafting joint business plans that encompass range, pricing, and promotions.
- Take ownership of the strategic plan for your account, driving sales growth and managing profit and loss elements, aligning with broader company goals.
- Partner with marketing and category teams to innovate shopper solutions and drive excellence in market execution.
- Lead forecast planning in unison with finance and supply teams to provide exceptional customer service and financial consistency.
- Lead customer negotiations, representing Reckitt's commercial interests and value-based trading terms effectively.
