We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Wealth Assistant to join our Christchurch team. As a key member of our office, you'll provide administrative and organisational support to our Investment Advisers and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client experiences.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and distributing reports and updates, managing data and information, maintaining client files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll also assist with client meeting preparation, attend meetings as required, and conduct ongoing due diligence to ensure work is undertaken in line with AML policies and procedures.

As a Private Wealth Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our top-performing Investment Advisers, providing high-quality administrative support and contributing to their success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working in a financial services environment, and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ideally, you'll have at least one year of relevant work experience, but this is not essential.
