Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and services to residents, including administering medication and treatments
- Collaborating with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Notifying the Resident Care Director of any resident or family concerns through the LEAD process
- Participating in daily Cross Over meetings to discuss resident care and needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
