About the Role

The University of Canterbury seeks a highly organized and skilled Personal Assistant to support the Vice-Chancellor's Office. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide professional and confidential support to the Assistant Vice-Chancellor Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and ensure timely meetings with relevant documentation
  • Take minutes and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team

Requirements

  • 4 years' experience in a senior administrative or personal assistant role
  • Excellent diary management skills and ability to work with multiple calendars
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and databases
