About the Role

The Resident Care Manager directs, coordinates, and supervises care services provided by care associates for the residents within the Assisted Living Department. This role ensures exemplary service delivery with integrity, dignity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate assigned residents and assess levels of care whenever there is a change in condition or to determine whether a resident is no longer appropriate for the setting.
  • Supervise departmental operations as directed on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the department director or Executive Director.
  • Respond tactfully and timely to all residents, family members, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A high school graduate is required; college coursework is preferred.
  • A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred.

Certifications and Requirements:

  • Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate State license required by law if required.
  • CPR Certified is preferred.
