You will provide direct support to senior lawyers across a range of files, working to uplift the administrative workload of the wider team and maintain relationships with their loyal client base.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates excited to contribute to their diverse social culture, with plenty of hands-on opportunities to add to their team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support across various property, private client & commercial files
  • Comprehensive dictation transcription
  • Opening files & AML compliance
  • Conducting Landonline searches
  • Drafting letters of engagement, documents, wills and EPOAs
  • Documentation preparation & collation
  • Diarising conveyancing dates & managing calendars of senior authors in the team
  • Assisting with monthly billings
  • Liaising with third parties
  • Answering client enquiries
  • Adhoc office & operations administration, including IT support
Requirements:
  • A high level of responsibility and autonomy
  • At least 2 years of experience in property or conveyancing support in a similar capacity within a high-performing legal team
  • Prior private practice legal experience is essential
