Gold Star Real Estate Ltd is a member of the Harcourts Group and have offices in Thames, Paeroa, Waihi and Waihi Beach.We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Waihi.This is an important role within our office, so we require someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.Your role will be critical to the daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales and property management team.
You'll also ensure the branch runs smoothly by providing administrative and marketing support.We're looking for someone with a positive and engaging personality, who is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give people what they need when they need it.Other key skills and attributes include:1+ years administration experienceOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsHigh levels of integrity and work ethicCompetence in MS Office Suite and social mediaThe ability to learn new software and systems quicklyEmpathy and listening skills with a non-judgment attitudeAbility to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they ariseStrong planning, organisation and time management skillsA high level of personal presentation and professionalismExcellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to take initiative and problem solve when requiredThis role offers plenty of variety; so our ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.In return, you'll become a part of a supportive and encouraging team environment, as well as enjoy being involved in a fast-paced, fascinating work environment.In this role you'll be working 30 hours per week Tuesday to Friday, but applicants will need to be available to work Monday to Friday.Opportunities like this don't come often and will get snapped up...
