Job Description

This is an important role within our office that requires someone with previous experience in administration, adaptability, and calm under pressure. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the branch
  • Provide administrative and marketing support
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administration experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of integrity and work ethic
  • Competence in MS Office Suite and social media
  • The ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Empathy and listening skills with a non-judgmental attitude
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to take initiative and problem solve when required
