ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our regional events and maintaining strong relationships with our valued members.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the events team
  • Handling event logistics, function coordination, and on-site assistance
  • Act as a liaison point for members and member committees, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Support regional budgeting and forecasting, and manage ongoing financial administration
  • Manage Hamilton office and provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and the regional team.
ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in administration.
  • Fostering positive customer/member relationships, earning trust and respect.
  • Maintaining efficient, detailed administrative processes and drive process improvement.
  • Event or service management experience.
  • Excellent internal and external communication including social media.
  • Team player with independent work capabilities.
