We also invest heavily in developing a world-leading organisational culture to attract and retain the very best talent because we know the critical role our team play in surgical excellence.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to support our Payroll Manager, and our outsourced provider to deliver a payroll service that is accurate, efficient and compliant with NZ legislation.You will be responsible for the pay run preparation, supporting the processing of the fortnightly payroll for 300+ employees, and payroll related reporting.The Hours Of Work Are Intended To Align With Our Pay Run, Which Translates To 32 Hours Per Fortnight, With The Flexibility To Offer Up To 40 Hours Per Fortnight, As Follows:Week 1: FridayWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, WednesdayWe are open to this role being flexible around whether you would like to work with us onsite or hybrid.To Be Successful In This RoleYou will have strong previous experience in payroll administration;You will have comprehensive knowledge of Payroll-related legislation and previous experience with interpreting individual and collective employment agreements;Your attention to detail will be second-to-none, and you will be confident maintaining high standards in this regard;You will understand that the key to success lies in our team operating in collaboration with one another and you will naturally have an ability and disposition that enhances cooperation and teamwork.Working for UsChoosing to work at Braemar Hospital means choosing to live the Braemar Way.
