The OpportunityWe are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to support our Payroll Manager and outsourced provider in delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Preparation: Assist in preparing pay runs for fortnightly payroll processing.
- Payroll Processing: Support the processing of payroll for 300+ employees.
- Payroll Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related records and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Background: Proven track record in payroll administration.
- Legislative Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll-related legislation and experience interpreting employment agreements.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
