Accounts Administrator

We are on the hunt for an office administrator to help me out in the office.
You will be reconciling accounts on Xero
Filling invoices to be paid
Timesheet reporting and payroll in Xero
Hours of work approx 5-25hrs per week just as needed
You must have the following skills please;
Experience reconciling accounts
Computer savvy
Accounts receivable and payable experience
Own computer and wifi connection
Quiet space to work from at home
Office administration experience
Great with trouble shooting
Willing to help out wherever possible
Happy and cheerful person
Reliable and honest
Quick thinker and can help with office procedures
health and safety back ground a bonus
Experience with payroll and timesheet reporting
Hours of work can be discussed at interview - but happy to work around you. Ideally Monday to Friday between school hours but I can be flexible on this
Pay is dependant on experience and skill level
