You will be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING THE LEADERSHIP TEAM IN ACHIEVING OPERATIONAL AND STRATEGIC GOALS
  • MANAGING THE TRUST ACCOUNT AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE AT ALL TIMES
  • PREPARING AND SUBMITTING TIMELY FINANCIAL REPORTS
  • MANAGING PAYROLL, CASH FLOW, AND DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTS
  • PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND TRAINING TO STAFF MEMBERS
  • PRODUCING REGULAR REGULATORY REPORTS
  • MANAGING DEBTOR AND CREDITOR ACCOUNTS
  • COLLABORATING WITH DIRECTORS ON TRUST AND FINANCE-BASED PROJECTS

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, combined with strong financial and compliance expertise, preferably gained in related fields.
