The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager and outsourced provider in delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Support: Assist in preparing pay runs, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance payroll efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Track Record: Strong previous experience in payroll administration.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Payroll-related legislation and experience interpreting employment agreements.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
