IDEA Services is contracted by Manatū Hauora - Ministry of Health to provide forensic rehabilitation services for people with high and complex needs who have committed an offence and had contact with the justice system. We work in partnership with these people to make positive changes in their lives.

IDEA Services is looking for a Schedule Coordinator to join our RIDSAS Auckland team. As a Schedule Coordinator you will be scheduling Support Workers to meet on-going roster needs and effectively deliver our support services. This is a vital role to ensure the people we support continue receiving excellent services with mínimal disruption. You will be preparing advanced rosters as well as filling short-notice sick leave when needed. While the scheduling aspect of this role is the primary focus you will also have general administration tasks supporting the area office.

Building positive relationships with our Support Workers will be important as you engage in frequent communication with this workforce to fill shifts. You will also work closely with a team of Service Managers to understand their service needs and how these can best be met.

**Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring**
- Previous administration experience (scheduling or rostering experience highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan your workload efficiently and work autonomously
- The ability to build rapport and positive professional relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Confidence with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
