**The Opportunity**:
As a Planning Coordinator in the Auditing Services team at AsureQuality, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless planning and scheduling of work for our Auditors that are based across New Zealand.

This full-time permanent position can be based in either our Head Office at Mt Wellington (Auckland) or Burnside (Christchurch).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently plan and schedule work for the Auditing team, ensuring targets are met.
- Coordinate highly qualified experts, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Uphold standards and work-life balance for all team members.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate needs and requirements.
- Provide analytical reports and positive reinforcement to stakeholders.
- Utilize your strong decision-making skills to support efficient, robust, and timely decisions.

**About You**:
We are seeking an accomplished individual with:

- Proven work experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Data management, data integrity, and analytical reporting skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability.
- Previous compliance and audit language knowledge is good to have, but not a must.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tertiary education are also desirable.
