**About the Role**
Reporting to the Program Support Manager, a major part of this fixed term role will require you to work with systems team on uploading and transferring between systems (data entry), due to the system change within the business. Eventually, you will be responsible for the efficient setup, scheduling, and completion of all Build work to meet our commercial and contractual obligation. This includes the day to day effective and professional allocation of work to the Build Contractors to meet the Company H&S requirement. The role is paramount in the on-time delivery of all Projects to meet KPI’s.
This exciting role will be perfect for a motivated self-starter who will thrive on helping identify opportunities for business improvement and partner with the wider team to support initiatives. out of the box, solutions will ensure and help you understand at a detailed level but also be able to step back and consider the bigger picture.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry or any administrative or coordinator work exposure. You will be focused, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and flexibility to work well under pressure and within a team environment are key to your success in this role along with the following:
- Intermediate Excel abilities and the ability to quickly pick up other computer programmes
- The ability to download, load and manipulate data
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with client representatives
- Basic reporting abilities
- Workflow optimisation experience or capabilities are advantageous
