**The opportunity**:
AsureQuality are looking for an engaging and accomplished Planning Coordinator for a permanent opportunity to join our Horticulture, Food and Dairy Team based in Auckland or Christchurch.

This is a rewarding role with a key focus on the efficient & effective planning and scheduling of work for the Horticulture team, coordinating our highly qualified experts across New Zealand, to ensure targets are met, standards are upheld and work life balance is maintained for all.

Your proven scheduling role success and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and customers will be the springboard to this role as you communicate needs and requirements, provide analytical reports and positive reinforcement to internal and external stakeholders.

This role will utilise your strong decision making skills to enable teams to make efficient, robust and timely decisions through accurate and honest support services to the wider New Zealand business.

With flexibility to work from home a few days a week and free car parking at the offices, this is the chance to put yourself forward, use your scheduling and administrative experience, but also build upon your knowledge, especially around compliance, auditing and food safety as you move forwards with a collaborative friendly team.

With your background in planning, scheduling or forecasting this is a role that will take your skills to the next level. You will thrive on being challenged, problem solving and being in an environment that is solution focused and action orientated.

Other success factors include
- Proven success in scheduling, planning and/or coordination roles within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Data management, data integrity and analytical reporting skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship building capability
- Previous compliance and audit language knowledge are highly desirable
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office and tertiary education are also desirable
