**About the company**:
Our client is one of the biggest supply chain companies in New Zealand. They are currently on the hunt for a Programme Coordinator to come and join them on a 12-month to help lead a transformation programmw.
**About the role**:
In this role, you will be key to the delivery as the Programme Coordinator working with internal stakeholders and vendors, and providing leadership to ensure that the team status reports are submitted regularly as required
- based on a 10-Keys framework. You will also assist with the monthly consolidation of workstream status reports into an aggregated programme status report.
You will play a key role in hypercare and support, providing support during the post-implementation period to address issues, manage user feedback, and facilitate a smooth transition.
You will be assisting in the initiation phase to onboard vendors to our client and validate proposed workshop schedules, support with resourcing, scheduling and room bookings. Previous experience in logistics will come in handy, as well as vendor management.
You will be experienced with Agile ways of working and helping to drive this within and across the business. Our client is backed globally and is embarking on ambitious development goals.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- 5 + years experience as a Project or Programme Coordinator
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Exposure to an ERP or Digitalisation transformation is beneficial
- Experience in the supply chain, shipping, primary industry or logistics environment, is helpful but not essential.
- The confidence to liaise with all levels of the organisation
- The initiative to be comfortable suggesting opportunities for improvement
- Great attention to detail and even better organisational skills
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Proven track record in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting
