This newly created role is perfect for someone who wants to transition into HR and has an interest in learning, development and talent. Whether you’re a graduate, administrator or an individual with recruitment support experience, this could be your foot in the door to one of New Zealand's leading organisations.

As a Talent Coordinator you will manage the scheduling of training across the organisation and maintain the training calendar. The role includes the coordination of both mandatory and elective training, delivered both internally and via external providers. You will assist with associated administration such as updating training records and tracking training-related budgets. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring each person has a great experience from day one.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Support with the delivery of learning and development interventions;
- Coordinate, schedule and book training sessions;
- Coordinate employee onboarding;
- Act as a system administrator for talent-related platforms;
- Support with volume recruitment as required;
- Administer new hire surveys and conduct regular analysis of the results; and
- Support the wider HR team with administration and project-related work.

Personal Attributes:

- Qualification in business, HR, psychology or similar is desirable
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- High awareness of confidentiality issues and ethical considerations
- Working in a caring, inclusive way.
