We have a great opportunity for an experienced administration or veterinary nurse professional to join our NZ team as Customer Scheduling Coordinator. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will act as a conduit between our sales, procurement and logistics teams and will be responsible for forward orders and scheduling to support our key accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration, data and organisational skills and is a great stepping stone into key account management, logistics or purchasing.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Coordinating all forward orders, reservations and suspense accounts to support the sales team and corporate accounts.
- Setting up and maintenance of corporate clients in Provet Connect.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc sales/compliance reports including some basic analysis.
- Maintaining and updating relevant company databases and files including Salesforce, Touchpoint and the Provet System, with a high use of MS Excel.
- Preparing and collating scheduled and ad-hoc EDMs for regional based promotions in consultation with the sales, procurement and logistics teams.
- Providing sales team with adequate POS material to support clients with information on our range of products and services.
- Actioning any other requests as per the Key Account Manager or Commercial Director NZ.
About You
To be successful you will have;
- A passion for the animal health industry.
- Previous experience in clinic as a vet nurse or Practice Manager where you were exposed to scheduling, ordering and administration will be advantageous.
- Well developed administration skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting, value-add relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills — written, oral, and presentation.
