This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll and rostering functions, maintaining data integrity, and supporting our employees with timely and accurate scheduling and pay. - Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Rostering: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Discrepancy Management: Promptly address and resolve any payroll or scheduling discrepancies.
- Relationship Management: Provide efficient and timely support throughout the business.
- System Proficiency: Utilise rostering systems effectively and provide training and support to regional teams.
