Are you a skilled Claims Adviser seeking an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse range of claims? We are currently hiring for two positions as Claims Advisers on the North Shore, one based in Takapuna and the other in Albany.

This role offers the chance to handle a mixture of body corporate, domestic, and commercial claims from start to end, providing you with a fulfilling and challenging work environment.

One of the largest insurance Brokers in New Zealand. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they pride ourselves on delivering efficient and effective solutions to their clients' insurance needs.

**Role Responsibilities**:
As a Claims Adviser, your primary responsibility will be to manage the claims process from start to end. Your duties will include:

- Assessing claims and gathering necessary documentation.
- Investigating claims thoroughly and accurately to determine liability.
- Liaising with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather information.
- Evaluating policy coverage and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Keeping accurate records of claims and maintaining timely communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Claims Adviser or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of domestic and/or commercial claims processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

**Location**:
We currently have two positions available, one based in Takapuna and the other in Albany on the beautiful North Shore.
