Here at Aroa Biosurgery we're unlocking regenerative healing for everybody. Māori for ‘understanding’, AROA is making and creating innovative and regenerative healing products that are improving the lives of millions of people around the world. We specialise in developing, manufacturing, and exporting new and exciting soft tissue regeneration products utilising our successful Endoformextracellular Matrix (ECM) biomaterial.

**What you’ll be doing**

We’re looking for a confident, energetic Office Coordinator to take the lead on coordinating the day-to-day office needs of our 3 buildings and providing integral support to all Aroa employees and visitors by maintaining our office spaces, equipment and facilities to a high standard.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management of office supplies, services, and communications across all three office spaces
- Preparation and coordination of meeting room bookings and spaces
- Procurement of stationary, office furniture and ad hoc supplies
- Overseeing and arranging catering for internal events, functions, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support Aroa operations
- Reception and admin duties as required

**What you’ll bring**
- An enthusiastic and personable energy, willing to take ownership of our office management function
- 2 years’ experience working in an office administration/coordination role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
- Strong communication skills and a proven problem-solving ability
- A diligent and routine working approach
- Able to work within a team environment

Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Our teams are flexible, with a mix of being in office + working from home. We also have an on-site gym, which is available for individual use, or jump in to one of our bootcamp or yoga classes.
