Facility Coordinator

This role includes all elements of traditional Facility Management, including the management of building services, maintenance, safety, site security, employee events, office relocations, fit out works, employee and visitor parking, contract management and contractor and service provider negotiations.
The Facility Coordinator will work closely alongside Goodman Fielder's Procurement team to manage site sub lease agreements and tenancy management.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate the day to day operational and safety requirements of the Head Office on Nelson Street, Auckland
- Develop, implement, educate and manage SOPs, to support security card system, induction of new employees, function management, employee car parking, and order of consumables
- Coordinate maintenance, refurbishment and building works (including floor plans)
- Continual improvement of systems to achieve cost savings, improve safety and operational efficiencies through evaluation, industry comparisons, and regular reviews
- Coordinate / manage all Head Office internal employee site relocations and renovation requirements
- Facilitate bi-annual emergency evacuation exercise with Property Managers (acting as the Site Building Fire Warden for all tenants)
- Liaise with pest control services and requirements for the site
- Ensure all electrical standards across the site are in line with the GFNZ and governmental legislative acts, including regular reviews, maintenance and testing and tagging of all equipment
- Oversee all site Waste Management including additional recycling services
- Implement environmental improvements
- Act as the main POC between Goodman Fielder Head Office and the building Property Managers
- Work alongside Procurement team to procure and manage Site sub lease tenant (rental) agreements in conjunction with GF Group Property Manager as required
- Manage the site sub lease agreements and conditions on behalf of Goodman Fielder New Zealand
- Manage site Emergency Response Plan
About You
- Qualification in office management, business administration, communication management or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' Office Management /Facility Management experience (preferred)
- Experience in SH&E
- Proficient in SAP, processing all invoicing (preferred)
- Proficient in RapidInduct process (preferred)
- Proven experience building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
- Engaging and approachable personality
