Coordinator, Office of the DCE
- Be the go-to person for keeping our Office of the DCE paperwork and projects on track
- Wellington CBD based
- 6-month Fixed Term or Secondment opportunity
- Reporting to the Director of the DCE Office
Te āhua o te tūranga / About the role
This newly created role needs a capable office coordinator to provide high quality administrative services across our People & Capability Group.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the smooth operation of day to day work and initiatives, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team.
You will work in the DCE Office to assist business groups within People and Capability to track and manage work with a focus on meeting timeframes.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako / Skills and experience
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- good time management and administrative skills
- the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve results
- excellent relationship management skills
- good computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- great attitude
- great writing skills such as minute taking would be an asset
- previous experience in a coordination administrative role would be an advantage
Position Description
**Salary range**: $54,755.00 - $65,590.00
