**About the Role**:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts for existing and new customers in New Zealand. You will be responsible for engaging with customers across various industries, including plastics, surface coatings, and construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in sales and marketing activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Drive sales growth within the designated territory and market segments through relationship-based selling.
- Manage stock levels effectively and provide sales analysis and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales and profit margin targets for your customer portfolio.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase existing business and acquire new customers.

**What we are looking for**:

- Industry knowledge in construction, protective paint and industrial chemicals industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the above industries.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and individually
