Hays are working with a well-established leading promotional gift supplier, and we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join their team in the Newmarket area of Auckland.
**Your new role**
As their new Sales Account Manager you will Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients throughout the sales cycle, from acquisition to design and service delivery. Seek to understand the full product catalogue and variables to be able to offer effective solutions to their clients. Develop a deep understanding of the client's needs and preferences, ensuring tailor-made solutions for their requirements. Drive sales growth by consistently surpassing set targets and contributing to the company's success, ensuring to service both warm and lapsed clients.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
- Strong customer service skills, possibly gained from a background in retail.
