Friday drinks and nibbles every fortnight, annual company awards, celebrations and more.Learning: Whether it's on the job, formal training, mentoring or something else, you'll grow with them from Day 1.Here's some of what you can expect in this role:As a desk-based Account Manager you'll build and nurture relationships across your portfolio of clients by phone and email.Explore the needs of your clients and their individual businesses and seek out where you can deliver further value to best help them achieve results.Look for opportunities to partner with your accounts and increase their depth adoption.Contribute to a winning team by bringing your unique streak of brilliance to internal meetings, workshops and daily conversation.Here's what you'll bring to their team:A background in outbound/inbound sales or a similar role.An understanding of the real estate industry would be awesome, but this isn't a necessity.Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone/video conference calls.A great attitude - you'll have tonnes of patience and positive vibes for our customers.The ability to prioritise and self-start in a fast-paced environment.You're a team player who shares ideas, and contributes to team goals and objectives.We are looking for a relationship builder. You'll be someone who has a strong sense of responsibility to drive revenue and client growth within your portfolio.We know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
