Job Description

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic and diverse environment in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and deploy desktop equipment for new joiners and existing team members
  2. Provide technical assistance to 500+ end users of IT services across NZ and the wider APAC region
  3. PC hardware support
  4. Efficiently manage a ticketing queue within our APAC region
  5. Provide day-to-day technical support for internal desktop and laptop systems, servers, and the associated network infrastructure
  6. Install software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems
  7. Document and maintain desktop build documentation and user how-to guides

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an ICT related field
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years IT support experience
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relating to IT systems support
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills with end user hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Strong delivery-focused working style and customer-oriented
  • Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
